Dirty, filthy rooms with damaged furnishings, urine soaked carpets and "clean" bedding, lack luster customer service, immature incapable front desk attendants will disrupt your stay and then make you feel like the problem after paying them for a horrible experience, racism and security calling instead of just doing their jobs and providing the proper lodgings weird bullying style of handling issues. Disrespectful dishonest information given was told to wait for a manager was told that wasn't the manager was told to wait for hours in the lobby the list goes on to save your money and go somewhere else I'm going to sue these people myself also I have specific instructions for all my deliveries and when Amazon came some person who was not me decided to redirect and sign for my package (the same people who decide not to answer the phone when there's a problem with their hotel) this place is a money laundering joke and also instead of providing in room safes they just post pictures everywhere telling you to lock everything in your car like people don't Uber in 2023
