Negatives:
The faucet handle to the jacuzzi and shower fell of in my hand 9am tried calling front desk no answer so got dressed told them the issue asked if they were going to discount my stay or extend it the hr I lost and she said no they already let me have late check out 12 . She called maintenance who showed up within 15 min and worked around 45 minutes b4 he could get the water to turn off . He could not fix the problem. I was not able to jacuzzi in the am relax and take a shower before leaving . The manager did not apologize or discount my stay or even offer me a vacant room to shower in b4 leaving so I wasn't dirty. The covering of the jacuzzi water hole also was not properly installed. I will never stay there again.
