Exceptional
Negatives:
I left a dress jacket and several shirts in the cupboard. I've contacted the hotel several times, and they are completely ignoring me. I haven't got my clothes back, and it looks like I won't.
The room was a little dirty. Crumbs from the previous guest here left on the countertop.
The service isn't great. I had to request an iron and iron board several times before it eventually came up. And then I asked for the tea and they brought an ancient coffee machine that didn't work.

Positives:
Check-in was quick. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile. Forgive me for spelling her name wrong, but Taleah was awesome. She was efficient by checking me in and providing information at the same time. As crazy as it may sound, I don’t encounter many who can multi task as she did (and I travel A LOT). There is an option to valet OR you can pay to park your vehicle in a parking garage right across the street from the hotel. Who doesn’t like options?!
Negatives:
I didn’t like the wait to check out around 6am. The female rep who was working the desk was engaging in a very lengthy conversation with a customer like I wasn’t standing in line. The lack of acknowledgement did it for me.
