The room and bathroom and lobby were clean. The beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
There were padlocks on the emergency exit doors. I was told it was to keep the homeless out, however if there was an emergency, such as a fire, people would not be able to get out of the building. It was convenient for getting on/off the highway, however there were a few dicey areas around the building.

I liked the pillows. The bed was nice. The TV had a good selection of channels. The shower had good water pressure on the fourth floor. The front desk staff were very friendly and kind. I liked that they sold snacks and drinks. There were outlets by the bed. The closet was large. I liked having a fridge and microwave. The hairdryer was nice. The toiletry bottles were handy.
Negatives:
There seemed to be something that looked like mold in the shower. I wish there had been hooks for towels in the bathroom - we had to put our towels on the floor while we showered. I wished there was a mirror by the desk. The AC did not work very well. I wish they could give you a handout at check in with info on the pools, breakfast hours, and other things. I had no info on anything.

Negatives:
They couldnt accommodate for a person in a wheelchair. No handicap room available because they only have 2 and they were occupied. No shower chair for a regular room upon request. We had to go to another hotel!!

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. There were daily room service of bedsheet and towel changes which you can choose to skip. The free breakfast was decent. Free parking was nice and there was enough parking spots as well. The location was good with close access to the freeway.
Negatives:
The water from the shower head kept splashing out and getting the bathroom floor wet. The stay was on the pricier side averaging $250 after taxes per night over the weekend. The room was also on the smaller side

The park is not as small as the other reviews said,I have a large truck, and it was easy to park.
Negatives:
My reservation included a second bed and a crib, but the second bed was a sofa and it was dirty on the outside with stains like blood and the inside bed was dirty and with some other person's things,
The crib
was so small, my daughter couldn't sleep in it, and it was made of super uncomfortable material.
The area looks dangerous. You can see homeless everywhere, but at least not in the hotel area
