After Wednesday, Apr 24th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 24, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Positives: The room was greatlots of room and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was nice, lots of options.

Negatives: It was loud. The shower from the room next door was loud enough to wake me. The people in the room above me sounded like they were stomping around starting at 4 AM. It's a non-smoking hotel, but the smell of weed was abundant. The location is odd.
