The elevator didn’t work and we were not informed of this before arriving, the snack machines didn’t work, the bed was not comfortable, the room was filthy and the hotel refused to clean it unless we paid them 25.00, the “free” breakfast was laughable. We used to love this hotel but, we will not be returning.

People fighting in the middle of the night with a baby reported it to staff, but no one ever checked it out.. Also, strange people are lurking in the parking lot. We even saw someone in a room letting randoms in for increments of time while another man stood on the flight of stairs above. Don't recommend for families for it is not safe

I liked that there were many stores, easy access to them. It was nice to know there was a shopping area near by. I liked the location of this hotel. Everyone was nice.
Negatives:
I didn't like that there were coupons being slid through the door. That was something that scared us. It was also 8 o'clock, it's too late to be sliding coupons through.
