The facilities both inside and outside were in a dismal state, with dirt and grime prevalent. On Friday morning, the situation worsened as garbage was collected and left liquid drippings marred the walkways, attracting swarms of flies. Concerned about the unsanitary conditions, I promptly informed the front desk and requested immediate cleaning. The staff assured me that it would be taken care of, but to my dismay, no action was taken by the time I checked out on Sunday. The flies had multiplied, making the situation even more unpleasant.
Furthermore, the breakfast area was also unkempt, and a foul sewer odor emanated from the sink and shower water. Despite raising these issues with the front desk prior to my departure, the maintenance staff displayed a dismissive and uncooperative attitude. It was frustrating to be met with such belligerence and indifference, especially when the issues were clearly affecting the quality of stay. Their insinuation that they were already aware of the problems only raised the question of why they had not been addressed before my stay or before the arrival of the next guest.
