Because of staff, our stay was good!

They had free breakfast.
Negatives:
We stayed there for 4 nights and on our 3rd night we finally asked for toilet paper and towels. We called the staff 2 times to bring towels and toilet paper, after 2 hours of waiting and no show we left. We had things to do and couldn't wait anymore.

Breakfast was good. It was a 10 minute drive to Sea World and in a safe feeling area.
Negatives:
The hotel had bedbugs. The staff was not very helpful about it, and even denied that there were any, even after bringing one down. We went home with a lot of bites and worries of spreading them in our own house. The room was very small and the mini fridge and air conditioning didnt work very well. Not anything to make or break a hotel stay, but things to note.

We checked out 15 minutes after we arrived. It was disgusting and it had a bad odor. The room was way to cramped for the three of us. We couldn't get the luggage cart through the narrow hallways. I can't believe we had to pay almost 400 dollars when we checked right out. We are very upset and disappointed by the lack of help from booking. Com. We will never use your services again!
