Positives:
Hotel is centrally located in San Diego. Rooms were well presented and spacious. City view from the room balcony was superb. Airport shuttle was appreciated.
Negatives:
Hotel restaurant was great for dinner but breakfast was a little disappointing. Would have preferred a buffet style breakfast typical to most hotels instead of ordering off the menu. Also one morning one of the young male staff members seemed very eager for me to pay and leave even though it was early in the morning and I hadn't been there for that long and it wasn't crowded at all.

Positives:
The view was the best! We were situated in the first tower which gave us a great view of the harbor.
Negatives:
The room it self had a slide door to the balcony that needed to be sealed more efficiently because we had cold air coming in the room. The room was out dated.
Couldn’t get a hold of the front desk with the telephone provided in the room, and when I used my cell phone to call and still didn’t answer so I had to look for the lady that cleans the rooms and she helped me and was really nice. Tv in the room didn’t have Bluetooth.
