The bed sheets were dirty, the toilet had paper in it someone else had already used it. Also, there are cucarachas in the room.

I checked in amd I went across the street to the gas station to get snacks before going to the room while at the gas station my mother called amd told me my dad had a stroke and I need to go to the hospital. I'm almost 6 months pregnant and I went right back to the hotel where I told the guy working I don't ned the room and he told me no refunds and I had to talk to the manager Erika in the morning.
The next day in the morning I went to go speak to Erika I explain3d the situation and she could care less she said no refunds and offered me 50 percent off my next trip. So I paid 77 dollars for nothing I asked if I can just stay that next day instead amd she said for 50 percent off yes.
I was not expecting my dad to have a stroke number one and I feel like they should offer refunds especially if I never stepped foot in the room.
I've stayed her be4 with no problems but after this incident I will never stay here again.

1- took me close to 45 mins to check in due to drunk/drugged out irate guests.
2- REQUESTED 2 separate wake up calls to not even receive one. ENTIRE PURPOSE OF THE STAT WAS TO BE CLOSER TO JOB SITE AND TO MY LUCK FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I DIDN’T RECEIVE A WAKE UP CALL
3- COULDN’T CONTACT MY GUEST ONCE I DEPARTED SO SHE DIDN’T OVERSLEEP PAST CHECK OUT CALLED THE OFFICE COUNTLESS TIMES WAS NEVER ABLE TO CONNECT / CALL MY ROOM PERIOD!!!!!!

5-COMPLETELY LACKING ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION AFTER I MENTIONED ALL MY ISSUES…
