Positives: They upgraded our room which was amazing, given we stayed for a week. Thank you! Very central location, very comfortable room and great amenities. Close to everything, hotel has a cafe in site and a comfy lounge/ work space.

Negatives: Sadly, there are so many homeless people around the hotel, obviously not the hotels fault but a common sight at the moment in San Francisco. Still a wonderful city to visit!

Positives: Good location in downtown San Francisco.

Negatives: Had a terrible experience on arrival. Receptionist failed to tell us of an additional $75 being added to the bill for insurance (a normal charge to be expected) but I should have been told before my card was charged. We were also told that the ground floor cafe was only open between 7am-9am which was not true as it was still open when we where checking out after 11am the following morning. The room itself was very loud with the street noise outside, as the widows appeared to be single glazing. The shower ran cold for a good 10 minuets before getting warm. Room service arrived via robot, which could be seen as a novelty, but when the minimum tip within the app is 4% it leaves you wondering who is receiving the tip. Overall not a great experience, for how expensive the stay was.

Positives: Great Location (you're right near the cable car). The interior is so clean and pleasant The people at the check-in desk helped us by putting our rooms close to one another (3 we had 3 rooms) Each room had an Illy coffee machine with reusable cups The hotel itself uses lots of sustainable materials which is a big benefit. Rooms are extremely clean and modern. Would definitely recommend and stay here again
