The hotel is reasonably quite in spite of its very good location (you can explore SF on foot). The staff is very friendly, knowledgable and friendly.
Negatives:
We had booked a family room. There was no second bed but a sofa which was very old and uncomfortable. Moreover, the room had not the size one expects from a family room.

The decor of the place was fun. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was lovely and Heming parking meet it really fantastic.

The location of the hotel is pretty good

The rooms were covered in carpets and smelled damp, which is the perfect combination for molds to build up. But the worst part: our suite case was stolen from the premises, potentially by employees, and the hotel management kept on rejecting any request we made to salvage the situation. We have until this day (a full week later) not even gotten any response from management

Good location to explore SF, well connected to local buses. Good grab and go breakfast

The photos on Booking.com do not accurately reflect the hotel. It is blander than it looks (eg not very colourful, no fire pit etc.). Also the swimming pool was not open when we stayed

Positives:
Breakfast was great! The neighborhood is adorable and safe, with fun bars and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to bus station. Staff was EXCEPTIONAL! Parking great! Spots available in the gated area but also the outside parking is good too and didn't feel risky.
Negatives:
The pool wasn't heated as promised. But the staff apologized and refunded the resort daily fees. Room wasn't quite as stylish as the photos made it seem. But still, it was very clean and nice enough.
