Positives: The Lobby is nicely laid out and interesting. The bed and room were comfortable. The parking staff and valet/door person were friendly and attentive
Negatives: At check in the staff person was speaking to a customer or friend for 10 minutes. They were the only person available at check in. I do not mind waiting especially now with staffing issues but they never even acknowledged my presence until they were done with conversation. I booked this hotel despite quality rooms that were available for less elsewhere because we were only in town for one night and wanted to go to the restaurant Nari at 4pm our reservation was canceled and they closed for the night. We tried to get a drink in the bar before having to leave to eat elsewhere and the bartender didn’t acknowledge us either, siting at the bar that wasn’t full being patient. After 10 minutes we left without a drink

Positives: very clean, good location, loved the breakfast, lobby area and the staff
Negatives: Neither TV worked, which was REALLY a bummer. You also need to put some hooks in the bathroom sink / vanity for hanging up hand towels. More bar soap rather than plastic tubes of body wash (which is environmentally very bad / plastic waste. You should have refillable liquids in the bathroom in a dispenser rather than shampoo, conditioner in tiny plastic bottles
