Positives:
Room was fine, but my daughter/son-in-law only stayed 2 nights, I paid for 3 nights ahead of time.
Negatives:
We made this reservation for my daughter and son-in-law. They liked the place, but suddenly decided that they had to leave one day earlier, Sunday, and asked for a refund, but your staff refused.
Why? I paid for it and they told you ahead of time, so please let us know if you can refund for that last night when they did not stay there! Thanks so much,
