Very spacious with a descent view, nice hot water for a shower or two...I easpecially enjoyed the lobby and all the art books. The coffee station was good and buffet breakfast=EGGzcellent !!!

Wonderful, clean safe location near...
Positives:
The location and lobby area were very good. The coffee machine in the lobby was wonderful and the elevator was super fast.
Negatives:
The room itself was underwhelming especially the AstroTurf strip of a balcony, which I wouldn’t pay for next time. The lighting was not great in the bathroom and the hairdryer did not heat up and so didn’t actually dry your hair. There were no slippers.

Gym was really well equipped and complimentary tea and coffee all day. The staff were really nice! Strong wifi connection available and the room was huge with a fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and umbrella
Negatives:
The windows are probably a bit old and they're huge sliding patio style but they were banging and making a lot of noise the 1st two nights with windy weather.
There are no food options outside of breakfast in the hotel

Positives:
Front desk staff Wilmer was very friendly and accommodating. He’s great!! The hotel was clean and aesthetic. The room was a great size and it was overlooking the pagoda and rest of japantown. We really enjoyed our stay. Location was so convenient!
