Positives: Great location. Close to shopping and close to the Orpheum theatre

Negatives: Figuring out where to park. I knew there was valet but I didn’t know how to get there. After circling a couple of times, I ended up calling. Turns out we should park in front of the hotel and then the check in person will call the valet person.
