Positives:
The staff at this beautiful hotel proved most friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, ready to supply us with any essentials we lacked. The concierge was particularly helpful and saved our trip by guarding an important item we had left behind.
Negatives:
If this hotel has a downside, it wasn't evident to me.
Positives:
The room was notably spacious and comfortable.High-quality bathroom amenities with well-known soap brands.Outstanding service, including prompt replacement of a malfunctioning mini-fridge.The complimentary 5Mbps Wi-Fi connection was surprisingly speedy.
Negatives:
Initially being assigned a lower floor instead of the anticipated upper floor.The exclusivity of upper floors being reserved for "ambassadors" left me curious.The hot tub was pleasant, but it was disappointing that the bar was on the first floor, missing a rooftop cocktail experience.The need for a paid 20Mbps Wi-Fi upgrade seemed questionable.

Mix of Highs and Lows: Review of the Intercontinental San Francisco
Positives:
I loved the friendly and professional staff. I liked that you need to use the key card to use the elevator. The terrace on the 6th floor was very enjoyable. I was able to bring my puppy which the staff showered with affection. The room service was fast, and the food was delectable. The corner room view on the 27th floor is phenomenal.
Negatives:
That adaptive bathtub drain plug did not seal properly and wouldn't allow the tub to remain full. There was no mini bar.
