Hotel hada stylish feel to it with a strong theme.
Location was central for areas to visit.
Negatives:
Staff all felt like they hadn't been there long... Lots of apologising for not knowing how to operate the computers.
Breakfast was expensive and didn't represent good value.

Uncomfortable/too soft mattress (to the point that my back hurt) and the room was directly in front of elevator (not really soundproof) so I'd wake up every hour with the noise from other people coming in/leaving etc

Bed and room were very comfortable. Liked that there were dispensers for soap/shampoo in the bathroom instead of unusable little packages. Appreciated water and coffee being available at no extra charge.
Negatives:
For some reason, I had no TV channels available on the 2nd and 3rd day. I suppose I could have called the desk, but since I wasn't very interested in watching TV, I didn't bother.

The complimentary drinks were a delightful touch that really made the experience more enjoyable. It’s always the little extras that make a big difference.
Negatives:
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear the couple next door at 2 a.m., having loud sex and it felt like they were right in my room. Not exactly the most pleasant experience.
