Positives: Clean and comfortable room, the staff were all super nice and helpful! The restaurant, Tratto, had some of the best pasta I’ve ever had.
Negatives: The beds were not great. The location was a little too close to the Tenderloin district for my liking but that’s on me for not researching the neighborhood a bit more.

Positives: Art at the hotel restaurant was amazing!!! he took great care of us and even offered to take us on a culinary tour on his day off. The check in staff on the other hand were bored and didn’t seem to know how to do their job or care. Check in took forever and multiple staff just sat around on their phones. They double charged me a pet fee trying to up the charge from $75 when I booked to $250 and then charged me both. The worst part was making me feel bad for catching the mistake.

Negatives: destination fee/resort fee these fees are exorbitant $35+tax just charge your clients appropriately don't add fees at the end to make up. the only amenity you provided was WIFI even coffee in the room is non-existent. I know Biden is working on these BS fees and rightfully so

Positives: location - walking distance to Union square one member of staff was helpful regarding questions we asked about eating places stored luggage until a time nearer to our flight
Negatives: staff could have helped with luggage as one of the party was disabled and we struggled to get them in. also asked for a room for disabled person when booked. didn’t get it. had to ask reception to give us a room with walk-in shower. no tea coffee in room rooms were very dark. one was facing a wall
