Positives:
I stayed here March 2020. It was great. Staff, service and room. Now almost 4 years later it has gone downhill. Being close to Union Square is the only positive.
Negatives:
Furniture unkept in rooms. Staff nonchalant and unwelcoming. No valet or parking for night arrivals. No luggage assistance in day time.
Positives:
An ideal location. Warm, comfortable bedroom and a fantastic bath. Very attractive lounges and a special treat, Carol si gers on Friday and Saturday evenings. Nice restaurant/breakfast room and lovely reception staff.

A little warmer downstairs.
