This property is at a good location in the city. clean Rooms as well.
Negatives:
The manager on site Kamran Amiry is extremely rude and arrogant. Although I had made reservations through booking and the price was with tax and fees included. After leaving the facility I noticed my credit card was charged double the fee. When talked to the manager he said there are fine details which we did not pay attention to when booking online. Although I stressed out to him that I have used booking numerous times and Ive never had any issues with being overcharged he seemed to differ and was very argumentative. when I asked for a customer service phone number he point-blank said Google it. Not only he didnt explain what the fees were he clearly didnt want to resolve the matter. I have been taking it up with customer service at Marriott since we have been a very loyal customer of theirs nationwide. Marriott customer service was extremely apologetic and is going to look into the matter. Hope future guests dont have to deal with such issues. As for me I will never stay at this hotel again.
