Positives:
The location is perfect if you are going to the SAP arena. The staff is friendly and helpful, on-site parking was easy. The room was large and clean.
Negatives:
I would have liked more hooks for towels in the bathroom. There was only 1, and 2 would be better when 2 people are in the room.
