I liked the staff. Each one of the members I encountered was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I had no trouble reaching the front desk for more towels.
Negatives:
The facility as a whole felt old and decrepit. The windows and skylights in the lobby had some sort of peeling film on them and were abrasive to look at. The elevators were scratched up, dirty, dusty, and had sticky floors. The worst part unfortunately was the room. The lighting was just awful. You essentially had to keep the drapes open to be able to see anything. There were only two overhead lights at the entryway of the room and then one tiny random light towards the window. The room itself was very dusty. There were stains and marks on the sheets and on the carpet. We had them changed but they still didn't look clean.

Location was nice and room size was big and had an outdoor patio.
Negatives:
This hotel is very old and is showing its age this is not a 4 star hotel on anybodys scale. It is 3 at best and really 2.5 it is need of many upgrades from carpets to doors and bathrooms. The entire property has a musk smell in it as well.
