it took over an hour to check in due to check-in paper was not prepared and person responsible left earlier within Check-In time frame.
The room assigned was dirty and although I requested handicap accessibility it was on 4th floor all the way to end hallway; farthest away from elevator.
Breakfast hour not posted! There is no breakfast! Coffee and stale packaged high sugar high carb muffins is not the definition of breakfast. By 9:00am only coffee was availble
