After Wednesday, Nov 29th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 29, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Very bad here I made reservations and when i.i got there the next day to.exercise my day of check in me my family were.all denied were told all.rooms were gone i.told them i.made reservations.cant do this are have to send.me to a nother on of there own they also Saud no but would call them and say I was going therewhen arrived there no phone xall was placed did not have monny for me my family together another room so on the 28 were asleep in are car out front of extended stay with are kids this is not right cause suppose to honor reservations so either make it right and some how return are monny and bless us with a free day cause ur booking guys don't know what s inf Ronyt of them my attorney and I know these reservations should of been honed and do not make reservations when in fact no rooms that's a sing of bad management and not enough of understanding these thing .this is not my first bad experience with extended stay .I giving tell Monday to exspen what and why u guys can break pepper work and think don't have to cobfexate the party who suppose to be checking in with a reservation is sleeping g out side ur building with his family and monny at least on back on card bad buzz sows bad carma see u in small claims court turned us away with no results took are monny and reservation and

Negatives: The bathroom had a strange smell coming from it at night. Smelt a bit like mold. When we ordered doordash and walked the hall back to the front office there was people smoking in the hallways. People knocking on doors around 12 am. Didn’t seem like a safe place to be really.
