Negatives: I am allergic to animals. There were 2 dogs in lobby when we checked in which concerned me. I specifically asked if our room was PetFree and was told it was. Well within 5 minutes of being in room - I started sneezing & eyes itching. Had a horrible nights sleep. There was pet hair on floor & I presume on bed because of allergy reaction. I realize folks feel that their dogs are people too - but they aren't. Some people are really allergic.

Positives: The staff changed my room when I requested a lower floor.

Negatives: The elevator was out so guests were required to use the stairs. And it looked like it had been out for a while. This was not communicated before the stay. The room was spacious but the bathroom seemed very dated. The latch on the door was broken off and much of the paint was chipped away
