Positives:
I really enjoyed the hot breakfast cooked by the friendly staff. The rooms were bigger than I expected. I was able to sleep there with my eldest son and grandson. They slept in the living room on the foldout bed and I was able to sleep in the large bedroom. I was also glad the grounds were in great condition for my dog an I to walk around early in the morning.
Negatives:
My coffee pot was gone from the room. I always enjoy a cup of hot coffee in the morning. They had the warmer but not the pot. However, they did provide coffee in the breakfast area very early, I like to wake up early, so I went out to get some there.

Easy check in and check out. Quiet rooms and adequate privacy. Ease of parking and safe feeling my car would not be broken into.
Negatives:
The hotel smelled like marijuana once you left the hotel room itself. You could tell that other patrons were smoking weed in the hotel rooms.

When you ask to speak to the manager whoever is at the front desk will say they are the manager, Dawn was horrible, she was at front desk and claims to be general manager, it was HORRIBLE. We left around 6am because there was NO HOT WATER.
