Negatives: the breakfast could have included more options

Negatives: If there was a pool and someone at the front desk all the time and the keys worked I had to have them fix my room key like 5 times.

Negatives: Do not be deceived by the photos on this hotel listing: this hotel is unacceptably disgusting and understaffed. The walls are marked up, drawers were full of dirt and animal poop, the windows were smeared in what looked like mucous, and the bathroom faucet handle was broken. The lobby is dirty. Most surfaces in our room had a film or a stain or some kind of filth. They leave the fridge off and don't tell you, so all of our food went bad. The towels and sheets are thin and do not feel clean. The manager here is horrific and rude. We witnessed him yell at several guests during our stay here, during the few times that the front desk actually had anyone at it. We submitted a request to shorten our stay, but instead of responding they simply ignored it. They have still never replied. We left a day early (at our own expense) because we felt physically unsafe at this unclean location. People would loiter in the parking lot, a train goes right by the hotel every few hours with an incredibly loud horn that shakes the entire building, and we were woken up every night by loud guests through the thin walls. The breakfast was a joke: packets of oatmeal and expired muffins. A "manager" replies to every review on this page but takes absolutely no action or responsibility, so don't think that they've applied any of the feedback you're reading about in the other review responses. I've stayed at shared hostels in Europe that were better than this facility. I would rather camp in the tall grasses of the industrial park than ever go inside this building again. There is no "give us a second chance" here, because the manager is belligerent. They don't even have the maturity to respond to formally submitted requests. Even if there was a way to ask for a better room, they don't have one for you. Don't trust anything said by this hotel, this is a sad excuse for a business.

Negatives: I tried to cancel after they wouldn't acknowledge my girls service dogs and they hung up on me. I never went. They were asking personal questions for ID on service dogs, violating federal law... and I was charged after being told we couldn't stay there
