At first I was given a room without a suite after ordering a suite with a balcony then when I inquired about it was I was told I would have to be moved to the 2 nd floor from the 4th like it was a punishment. The room was not made up one day and of course it was a day we spilled coffee on the bedding when I called the desk to ask about it they said they would figure something out and came and handed me the sheets and towels But the breakfast was top notch. The pool was freezing. The reason we chose the hotel was for the pool. The kids still used it but we were hoping to swim with them. It was rather disappointing
