I am handicapped & have trouble walking. There is a valet stand outside, but no valet in sight. We registered & self parked. The elevator took us up (the only button we could choose)& opened up into convention center space. To the right, and out of sight, is the front desk & another bank of elevators. The property told us they had no luggage carts to move our things to our room. We ran into the head of housekeeping and she apologized for just leaving our room. She said she only had 3 housekeepers to take care of the whole hotel & they were running behind. We checked out and went to the garage to get the car. We discovered we needed the room key card to open the parking gate. After 5 minutes of having no success trying to call the parking attendant from the gate, we re-parked the car, went up to the front desk. They called the attendant and we finally escaped
