Room was not cleaned properly, I attempted to make coffee and I found a used coffee bag in the machine which means it was never cleaned out after last use. Just makes you wonder what else wasn’t cleaned. Bathroom could use an upgrade

The beautiful suite. Unparalleled view and such a large space. The pullout bed was more comfortable than my own bed at home.

Your people at front desk and in your restaurant didn’t know your promotions, elevators didn’t work, manager wouldn’t even come out of there office to understand our problems.
