The room is spacious and...
Positives:
I had a wonderful first night but the second night the staff named Brie was rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Who argues with a customer back and forth and is confrontational, her? I almost left because of her but since I had already booked and needed some rest I opted out of it. If she is still here I think I won't come back.

No elevator access or another form besides the stairs to get to the second floor.
Charged is $8 per car for parking per night! - This rule went into effect AFTER I booked (guy said a couple of days before I checked in) so I shouldn't have to pay $16 PER NIGHT but I did! This is definitely a negative.

Positives:
I liked the kitchen in the room, it was the reason I booked with you. The layout of the bedrooms, bath, kitchen was great. Love that utensils, pots, plates are provided.
Negatives:
Only one burner on the stove worked so it made it difficult to cook our meals. It also was very cold in the room when we entered & it took a very long time to warm up one we figured out how to turn on the heater.
