Drew answered my phone calls to confirm my reservation & remembered me when I checked in. He provided courteous, gracious service, even though I had spinach in my teeth (didn't realize that til I got to my room. ugh) I also want to affirm & appreciate the signage regarding anti-human trafficking. Thank you so much for taking a stand against these horrible acts. Also, the security guard was courteous & helped out with my random requests as well.
Negatives:
My room was a little tricky to find...maybe an extra sign indicating location of the rooms on the backside of the building (room 103)

We were surprised to find out that room are being cleaned every two days. Too bad that it was not mentioned when we checked in. The price is too high for this kind of service.

Positives:
We came to this hotel as a sudden change from another hotel which was way below expectations. Glad there was room for us so last minute. Check in and check out was smooth and friendly.

We tried a different hotel due to the pricing. We used to stay at this hotel for 50% of the current prices and we were surprised by how high the room prices have increased even during the off-peak season.
