Positives:
The hotel was walking distance to the SAP center.
Negatives:
The bed was way too hard. The room was small. The outside of the hotel looked old and shabby. Not at all what I expected for the price I paid.

Positives:
The hotel was comfortable and clean. We parked on the street as it was free that weekend, otherwise we would have had to pay. The bar was nice and comfortable.
Negatives:
Nothing really stool out as being bad.

Very good
Positives:
We liked that it was central to several places to eat and what we were going to do that night.
Negatives:
The mattresses were hard as a rock. We weren’t told about a $100 “amenities fee” until we arrived. We paid a deposit which was almost the cost of the room, then are charged an extra $100 for amenities? What amenities? The ice/water machine on our floor didn’t even work. Plus, upon arrival we were told that the room we booked, a king bed, so they put us in a double bed which is apparently an upgrade? I don’t understand how going from a single king bed to two fulls is an upgrade but ok. Not entirely thrilled. Also was forced to sign something for my service dog stating that if he was a disturbance they would remove him from the premises which is fine, but I don’t think they can legally do that. Per the ADA, they can ask the two questions and if the service animal BECOMES a disturbance, then they can be asked to leave.
