Positives: Staff was very pleasant
Negatives: Water damage in bathroom walls, cable was in and out barelty watch TV, upstairs guests made too much noise couldn't sleep at all, door to go in the room didn't completely close like regular doors does, the room had a door that led to another room next foot,, I was not imform about room having a connecting door to another room that easily, can be open.

Positives: Convenient location, cost
Negatives: Freezing cold water in the shower, had to request to be moved to a different room, the guy at the front desk told me that they had problems with the hot water in those rooms, so they know about the issue and carelessly continued to accept reservations, both rooms smelled like smoke. Worn down furniture. The shower had a curtain that stuck to your body due to the water pressure that you could not control and made the curtain fly all over the place. The flooring was wet the whole time due to water seeping through from underneath the floor, I had to use all the towels as floor mats and put shoes on to use the bathroom in order to avoid getting my feet wet. Molding decaying walls and baseboards from water damage. The main door didnt close snuggly in the frame, causing wind and noise to come inside. The key card had to be reactivated daily since it kept getting demagnetized and it was a hassle having to wait in a long line at the lobby daily.
