shuttle service was horrible. told us they would be there to pick us up from the airport in 10 minutes but didnt actually get there for almost an hour. the following morning we asked for a shuttle to the airport and had them write our name down to wait for us and we were 3 minutes late and they left us, they never tried to contact us to get on the shuttle even though they had our name and room number.
