Positives: Complimentary snacks in lobby, Room size and some staff

Negatives: Being double charged after I paid online when I told the staff member before hand and tried to show proof too and she didn’t want to see it. Tubs were nasty and weak, it had a weird smell in the room, refrigerator and hallway smelled like smoke, the bedroom door was loose, crack in bathroom mirror, sofa bed was weak and not sturdy, sink in one of the bathrooms were stopping up, the elevators were to far of a walk for my relative who just came home from the hospital.
