location and room were very nice and clean. The shower is dangerously slippery. A no slip mat in the showere would have been greatly appreciated as I am handicaped.

No ice machine that was working. We were told they are working on it. It was inconvienient to go to the gas station to get ice.

I was confused as to why the handicapped room was so far away from the elevators and lobby. My mom uses a walker and it was a long walk for her to the elevators and all the way down the hall, and around the corner to our room. Also, the shower hand-held nozzle was broken.

There was a fight outside of our room from midnight until 3am. The staff called the cops who never came. The fight left the hall and went outside of our window in the parking lot. We wanted to stay somewhere our second night it was so bad
