I did not get to the hotel until the following afternoon of the start of my reservation. It was non-refundable and no changes allowed, but they marked me as a no call/no show, resold my room AND CHARGED ME FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. If I was charged for a single night, that's fine. But to cancel my reservation, resell it, AND charge me the full amount?? That's absolutely ridiculous! I've never experienced this before, and that mistake cost me almost A GRAND, and then I keep getting pestered to leave a review of my stay!
