Balconies available in various room types. Guests can take advantage of the hot tub by the pool ,access to our gift shop is available from 7am to 10pm daily, or the 24-hour front desk. Doheny State Beach is just a 10-minute drive from the Best Western Capistrano Inn, and the Laguna Art Museum is a 20-minute drive away. Disneyland is a 40 minutes drive.

1. Took us 25 min standing in line waiting to be checked in. There was only one person at the front desk
2. Room was a bit disappointing; not very clean floors and looked very aged.
3. We wanted some water; went to the front desk to get one, it was after 10pm I believe. The person came to the window but would not sell my husband a bottle of water! Crazy
4. Went to the rest room at the breakfast area; I guess at 9:30 even on a Sunday the keys stop working. I got locked into that hallway. Had to go out the back door and walk around! Not cool at all! I wonder how an Exec of Best Western would feel to be locked into a hallway! DON'T PUT A TIME ON THE DOOR TO THE BATHROOM!

Upgrading to a balcony that couldn't be used. traffic noise and smell from the trash dumpster below made it so you couldn't even open the sliding glass door, so no fresh air. There were ants on the towels and the floor was filthy. The bottom of my feet were black from the dirty floors.
