Negatives: I recommend to anyone who wants to book this hotel, if they are ok with the train horns!!! usually the concept of being in the hotel is to be relaxing and rest perfectly but you can’t sleep in there. they clean the room every other four days!!!

Positives: Great location, staff was helpful and even though I was given the wrong room by a third-party agency, Snaptravel, the hotel was a great place to stay. Next time I'll book direct, Snaptravel almost ruined the whole experience.

Negatives: I'll never use Snaptravel again. I paid for an updgraded room, was charged for an upgraded room, the hotel gave me their cheapest, basic room and Snaptravel refused to help. They gave me the runaround for 3 days passing me from one agent to the next. The supervisor said they canceled the reservation but I called the hotel and they said that was a lie. Called Snaptravel again and more runaround. Will never use them again, not worth the hassle to save a few dollars.
