Positives: Beautiful location, near pier & freeway. Staff was very kind and friendly.

Negatives: Floor was so dirty my feet were black, no amenities (shampoo/soap/lotion), no coffee pot in room or even in the lobby, grab-n-go breakfast was completely gone before the end time, housekeeping just walked in our room without knocking well before checkout, & there were ant baits full of dead ants in the restroom.
