Positives:
Nothing much other than the price. One-person staff at the front office was friendly. Location is in a very quiet area, despite the proximity to the major freeway.
Negatives:
The room we stayed at had spider webs around the window frame. Either the room hadn't been used for a long time, or the cleaning crew does not do a proper job. Overall, the room was pretty "worn out" with chips and stains around the kitchen and the bathroom area. Their "breakfast" was individually packaged muffin and granola bars. They should not advertise these as breakfast, but rather a light snack or something. It looked like there were a lot of rooms being used by people who actually "live" there, making our stay somewhat uncomfortable. People walking around the premises with a shopping cart. Abandoned cars in the parking lot, etc...

When I arrived it took almost 1/2 hour to check in( already had my reservations and credit card) although I do realize it was a new trainee. My room was in a separate building than the lobby . When I arrived to my room the door didn’t close smoothly…you had to slam it to get it to close. There was no TP in the bathroom, no tissues and no towels. Not a thing to wipe the counters etc. when I called they told me to come back to the lobby to get some TP!! (Although they did call back and say they had some free time so they would bring it to me. There was a dirty towel left and he told me to bring it when I came back to the lobby?? I told him it wasn’t my used towel and I didn’t want to touch it, he told me to get leave it there ???got to the second building and there was no carts to move my luggage. I had to go back to the main building to get a cart. It took me an hour to get a cart and get things to my room … I was exhausted!! I had no pets yet I was put next to a room that had two dogs that barked. I love pets and just had to have my baby put down and then I had to listen to dogs bark. Common sense says you put people with pets together and people without pets on the other side. I made my reservations a month in advance, I always stay at extended stays but never had to
