Negatives: they have signs all over stating they have a 10 point system for cleanliness. the floors in my room were unswept and in the bathroom, there were shoe prints. I had to put towels down on the floor because I was disgusted. the trash under the kitchen sink had someone’s old moldy food inside. I tied it up and put it outside my door. the next morning, it was still there. when I got back at night, it was still there. it was still there before I checked out the following morning.

Negatives: The office was not obvious to find. Upon arrival there were multiple police cars on-site and then more the following day. In the evening a few individuals sat and hung out smoking around the entrance areas. It made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe at the location. Room walls were very thin, and we could easily hear conversations, kids running, and dogs barking in units all around us. This was distracting for work preparation. The unit cabinets, counters, appliances and decor were clean, but in fairly used/worn condition. Full kitchen was included, but there was no silverware or dishes in the unit. (Available upon request, but I was too tired to ask.) The room window only had a black-out curtain, so there was no semi-private option to let in natural light to aid morning wake up.

Negatives: I have stayed at that particular facility twice, about a month apart. My first room appeared tired and worn. The countertop trim was broken or missing in areas and the void was covered up with paint. The recliner was barely functional - did not want to go back to closed position - and the vinyl/leather armrests were torn and cracked. The door seal was poor and did not do much to diminish the road noise. I had to wear earplugs to get proper sleep. For my second stay the room, bathroom in particular, smelled of marijuana, something I'm very sensitive to, so most people probably would not be bothered by it. I asked for a new room which was immediately taken care of, and the desk person made sure it was a room that was treated with an air freshener. Both of these rooms had the same tired look with the banding of the countertop missing, in this case covered up with white duct tape. This door seal was a little better and the room was less noisy. The overall experience was not horrible, and the staff was nice, but there are nearby options available that are better with similar prices.

Negatives: Staff need to check the room before you put on the market. I got sick because room was so cold

Negatives: Room was poorly cleaned, there were several human hairs in the kitchen and bathroom and the bathroom garbage was not completely emptied. There were also stains around the toilet in the bathroom.
