I stayed 4 nights, no room clean in all days . I need to search for room service in a floor to have what I need. I was searching for clean towels if I need new, personal talk rude. Just one guy was nice to me. Poor communication, I’m disappointed.

It was spacious but the smell was so bad. The front desk said they have a buyer of it for next month so maybe it will be renovated
The chairs were tattered in the eating area that made it look like a junk yard.
The fresh made omelets were nice
We were there for an event but I feel the mildew is an health hazard
They told us they would comp the parking because of the room mildew then charged us more! Instead of $22 they charged us $36 to Park! Unbelievable.

We had to move rooms. The air-conditioning was terrible in the first room. It wouldn’t go below 80. And then the second room we barely got to 76. The hotel needs an upgrade. It’s very rundown in the rooms. For the amount of money we spent was very disappointing.
