Location was fine, easy to find, easy access, parking was easy.

It was dirty. Towels were stained, the wood floors were dirty, the rug smelled of feet really bad. There was something written on the mirror about death, and there was a bug on my clean towels. Nothing like the ratings and pictures.

It was a good location in Santa Ana and the surrounding was nice and not run down.
Negatives:
There was hardly any water coming out of the shower spout which made it hard to wash my hair and the water wasn’t warm. For the amount of money we spent per night at the hotel, they could have spent a little more money on upgrading the shower heads and allowing more water to flow through. The room also smells bad probably coming from the old AC unit or an old rug underneath the bed. The bed spread had a big old yellow stain which looks like someone peed on it. I was so grossed out I didn’t want to stay in that room. I went to ask to be moved to another room but the lady that works in the office said she didn’t have any other room available. I then told her if they can change my bedspread. Overall I was disappointed in the condition of the room and it wasn’t worth my money staying there. I will spend a little more and get a nicer hotel.
