Positives: The renovations looked nice, and the area wasnt terrible

Negatives: The fact that no one came to make the bed or change the towels at all during our stay. I was told it was because it was a two night stay or that I checked in late which both seem ridiculous because I made it a point to check in at a reasonable time. I took a cruise in the past and they had someone come every day and make the bed and give us new towels, here not at all, even after the cleaning lady saw us leave for the day. Kinda crazy to me but whateveroh the pillows sucked too and the shower situation sucked.. good day!
