Multiple bad experiences. Booked and paid for an ocean view and did not get it. The managers were in meetings so we waited for over 2 hours in the lobby. Finally accepted a different room. Didn't get a credit back. It was my wife's landmark birthday and they said they would send up an amenity - some Champaign. It never showed. And I gave them my rewards number twice and they never put it in the system. The service and staff is one of the worst I have experienced. For the price, stay somewhere else.
