Negatives: It was dirty, smelly, noisy. They do not clean the rooms unless you ask. Curtains broken. They had a bag with trash in one of the hallways for two days. The website advertised breakfast but it was insufficient. When the pot of coffee was empty they did not replenish. Furniture old and not maintained. Will never come back
