Positives:
The breakfast each morning was good and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Probably some of the best interactions I’ve had in any hotel I’ve stayed in. They did their best to accommodate requests. The beds were also comfortable. Room size was great - we booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath room.
Negatives:
The rooms could definitely use some ‘sprucing up.’ The furniture in the room - especially the couch and kitchen chairs were very visibly worn and not comfortable to sit in! The carpet also had stains, so it really should be replaced.

The room size, cleaning Ness and the hotel staff was amazing. The young lady that worked the front desk Saturday Dec 30th around noon was phenomenal. She was really understand to our emergent needs and went out of her way to accommodate

clean. all the staff from the time we checked in Receptionist Trevor is very helpful and accomodating same with Cathy. She is very nice and very friendly over the phone too when I called. The staff also when we had the breakfast in the morning was very warm and welcoming. They even sing and gave small cake for my moms 80th bday. I will highly recommend this place
