Nothing. Well, OK, the shower water was hot. The bed itself was comfortable enough.
Negatives:
Dirty pool, dirty room (G string left under the bathroom sink?!), too few outlets (had to unplug the microwave to use the coffee maker), no USB outlets, no lamp/light switch by the door, one of the two pillows was unbelievably hard and stiff.

I liked the location was within easy walking distance of the bus terminal and the shopping area at Heavenly.
Negatives:
The hotel is old and has not been updated. The plumbing is also old and tired (toilet fully flushed 50% of the time). Shower hot and cold temps were reversed from the knob indicators. If you want something from the staff you have to call them by phone, they are responsive but this is a ridiculous way to staff the reception desk. They only have one electrical circuit for the ice machine and washing machine so if you want to do laundry and the ice machine is plugged in you have to call them to unplug it and plug in the washing machine and vice versa. Wash isn't free but cheap at $1.75 a load. There is also a language barrier which can make things difficult. I was a TRT through hiker and recommended this hotel by my shuttle driver. I suggest you stay elsewhere for a better experience especially since the room rate is very high for what you are getting.
